Commercial - Mainzeal Construction

We have engaged Shannon and his team comprising Paradise Landscapes recently on two projects to carry out both complex and large-scale activities on a sub contract basis.

We can confirm that the work carried out on the Gallagher Group Head Office Project as completed to a high standard. This work involved a complicated water feature circulating and filtration system.

Works carried out and completed recently on the Saint Paul's Chapel Extensions Project involved a large water reticulation system, mass planting to several new garden areas with a large number of planted specimen trees.

In both cases the works were an inclusion within a tight timeframe and were carried out to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.

From our point of view as Head Contractor when a Sub Contractor carries out his works in a timely sequential manner with minimum impact on other trades it lends itself to a successful delivery overall. This has been the case in both instances when working with Paradise Landscapes. They obviously have a clear knowledge of the works as required and are committed to carrying them out on time and to the specified standard.

We recommend Paradise Landscape and look forward to working with them further.

This letter will serve to confirm Shannon was contracted to build a 2 meter waterfall at 18 Beach Road, Milford (Costello House). The job involved design work, stonework, plumbing and planting. The waterfall was completed to a very high standard.

I can without reservation give my full recommendation to anyone considering engaging Shannon for this type of landscape work. He is a skilled and conscientious tradesman who is able to complete work to a high level of fit and finish and within the anticipated timeframe. He undertakes the work and requested changes by the client without complaint and follows the job through to successful completion.
